Who can invest in the Fund
The Fund is only open to investors who qualify as Wholesale clients as defined in the Corporations Act. An investor will generally be regarded as a Wholesale Client if:
the investment into the Fund is at least $500,000, or a qualified accountant certifies that the person has net assets of at least $2.5 million, or a qualified accountant certifies that the person had a gross income for each of the last two financial years of at least $250,000, or the client is a professional investor, or the client is a Sophisticated Investor. If your investment is below $500,000.00, the applicant must provide a Wholesale Investor Certificate issued by a qualified accountant. For additional information, please visit ASIC’s website.
